The Center for Science in the Public Interest is a national consumer organization that focuses on health and nutrition issues. CSPI focuses primarily on health and nutrition issues, disclosing deceptive marketing practices, dangerous food additives or contaminants, and flawed science propagated by profits. Internships are offered to a small number of qualified undergraduate students each summer and during the school year. Projects include nutrition and public policy, legal affairs, alcohol and public policy, food safety, marketing, technology, fundraising, communications, biotechnology, integrity and science, food and agriculture, and litigation. |
