This program provides hands-on research opportunities in the Building and Fire Research Laboratory, Electronics and Electrical Engineering Laboratory, Information Technology Laboratory, Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory, Materials Science and Engineering Laboratory, and Physics Laboratory. This is a grant program and interested students should contact Said Shokair, UROP Director at UC Irvine, for information regarding nomination to the program.
   

Benefits: 

$5,500 for 11 weeks. Housing and travel are also covered.
