Description: |
The Smithsonian Institution's Native American Awards Program invites Native American students and scholars, who are formally or informally related to a Native American community or tribe, to pursue internship projects related to Native American topics and using Native American resources at the Smithsonian. Appointments are spent in residence at the Institution's facilities under the supervision of Smithsonian research and professional staff members. Appointments of 10 weeks are available to undergraduate or graduate students, and provide stipends and a travel allowance. Contact the Office of Fellowships and Grants for further information. |
